Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship support is vital to creating and delivering this gathering of international speakers. Sponsor funding will ensure delegate fees can be minimised, to deliver maximum benefit to all visitors and participants. Sponsorship opportunities are open for the Asia Pacific OOH Media Convention and we welcome any level of support from interested companies. Below is a selection of sponsor categories and a 'mileage plan' of value-adds which the various packages will deliver to the sponsor. Sponsorship support is very much appreciated, and we will work with the sponsor organisations to create tailored benefits, which ensure return for the sponsorship funds invested in this event.

Sponsor Benefits

  • Platinum / Gold / Co-sponsors

    Premium positioning, as major sponsors and key facilitators of the event. A small number of big names will receive due recognition and top-billing in all of the collaterals and at the event itself.
  • Gala Dinner Sponsor

    An exclusive opportunity, with naming rights to the Asia Pacific OOH Media Convention 2009 gala dinner. This sumptuous party in the middle of the 2-day gathering is a highlight of the event, when people will be most relaxed and receptive, and this will give valuable recognition to the gala dinner sponsor.
  • Lunch Sponsor

    Naming rights with exclusive identity for the sponsor of the lunch and networking break, either for both days, or two separate sponsorships may be considered, one each day. The lunch venue is in a separate part of Macau Tower, and really is a stand-alone opportunity for the sponsor to gain identity and acknowledgement.
  • Tea-break Sponsor

    Macau Tower venue affords an excellent large space for the tea/coffee breaks during both days of presentations, and this is sure to be a lively and relaxing break between sessions, allowing networking opportunities. The tea-break sponsor will get branding and other opportunities for involvement with all of the event participants.
  • Registration Sponsor

    There is a great prospect for a sponsor to be the first name associated with the event, to take ownership of the registration activity on the first morning. The registration sponsor's brand will be up-close and personal with all of the attendees of Asia Pacific OOH Media Convention 2009.
  • Goody Bag Sponsor

    There will be valuable take-away items from the event, so the goody-bag is an accoutrement which every delegate will carry away with them. The goody-bag sponsor will have their brand / logo embellished on these bags, to be seen far and wide at the convention and beyond.
  • Raw Space Booth Sponsor

    There is no trade-show exhibition, but the Macau Tower venue does afford some space for special sponsors, who have a need to demonstrate or display products or just meet with attendees at a private branded area. A small number of premium positions are available to a few exclusive sponsors, offering unique exposure during the 2-day event.
  • Souvenir Magazine Sponsor

    In keeping with the scale and importance of the Asia Pacific OOH Media Convention 2009 event, there will be a Souvenir Magazine for every participant. The publication will be filled with useful, interesting and important information from the event, as well as a creative showcase and quotable quotes from gurus in the advertising business. The magazine will be a 'keeper' and the souvenir magazine sponsor will indelibly stamp their brand on and in the publication.
